It seems that it is not only BlackBerry devices who will come out with pre-installed features. Today, Amazon and Verizon announced that the newly released Android powered devices from the latter are pre-installed with Kindle. No need to get one on the Android Market.
The Amazon Kindle app that allows its users to download and read e-books on mobile and desktop devices will now have a few changes. Kindle app will now come pre-loaded on a few Verizon phones with Android OS.
The app will now become pre-installed on newly released Samsung Fascinate, Motorola’s Droid 2 and Droid X smartphones, Amazon and Verizon altogether announced.
Amazon’s VP for Kindle Dave Limp suggests that the Kindle app must be preloaded on other devices. However, he didn’t mention pre-loading the app on Samsung Galaxy Tab for Verizon.
