On October 28, don't forget to drop by Verizon shops and see their latest offering. But don't be amazed when iPad shows up on its store shelves.
Many have wished for Apple and Verizon to join forces at some point. There won’t happen anytime soon but Verizon is making the first step by unveiling iPad on its stores. The date of release will be on October 28. Verizon will be completing your WiFi only packages with its very own MiFi 2200 Intelligent Mobile Hotspot that costs $630, $730 and $830 for the 16GB, 32GB and 64GB units of Apple’s tablets.
AT&T meanwhile will match this release. With upfront prices for each model, the plan pricing will be at 200MB for $15 or 2GB for $25 monthly.
Here’s an update, according to an FAQ on Verizon’s site, there are pairs of other service plans available, $35 for 3GB and $50 for 5GB, each with penalties of $10 per gigabyte of overage.View Article Source »
