Xbox.com Gets Revamps

Good news gamers! Xbox.com is now treading the path towards social media as it incorporates add ons that will allow friend and game requests.
Hey gamers! Starting Wednesday you’ll get to experience the tweaked Xbox.com. Microsoft just added a new design equipped with social features, avatar and the WP7 integration.
The core features will all be the same but the social experience is really unrelenting. Xbox.com now comes with unified inbox, friend requests and game requests. Plus, you can customize your avatar.
Microsoft is also putting new parental controls. The “Family Reports” will help you “understand what your family is doing and how they are using Live,” according to a blog post by Xbox Live bigwig Major Nelson.
But the most shocking revelation is the playable web games. Microsoft will support cross-support play between platforms Xbox, Windows Phone 7 and web users — a first for the platform.
Share your insights about the new Xbox.com.
