The PlayStation Phone
Tech blog Engadget shows off photos of the prototype of Playstation Phone. It is something many of us have already imagined. So when will this gadget land on our hands? No one can tell yet.
The much anticipated device by gamers has finally come into focus. The PlayStation Phone is all packed with Google’s Android OS. A mobile slash gaming device with a 5-megapixel camera, 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, slide-out gaming pad and the Android Gingerbread OS.
Tech blog Engadget gave a concrete evidence to support the existence of this so called PlayStation Phone. The blog even included sample photos of the device. It seems a little too legitimate. Unless someone is laying a false trail, many will be impressed with these sightings. Engadget said that the PlayStation Phone, the new PSP, carries a 512 MB of RAM, 1 GB of ROM and a 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8655 Snapdragon chip. It also features multitouch pad, trigger buttons and a microSD slot.
No official word yet from Sony Ericsson. Since these leaks seem to be just prototypes, it means no PlayStation Phone this coming holiday season.
