Samsung Offers Sandy Bridge PC Refund
Samsung is the first out the door with a fix for its customers. The company said that it will refund customers' money for those who have purchased a PC from them.
After the breaking news that Sandy Bridge-based computers got a chipset flaw, Samsung is the first company to offer a refund. Customers who purchased a PC from the company will be able to get their money back.
Following Bloomberg’s report on the matter, NEC was listed as a company that may delay the release of its products. With the fixed chipset yet to come, a delay seems likely to happen. Other companies like Fujitsu, Acer and Lenovo did not give any statement as to what they intend to do with the Sandy Bridge flaw.
