Acer Iconia, the first ever dual-screen tablet finally hits the market
Tawainese PC company Acer, officially announced the availability of the Acer Iconia Touchbook, its dual-display 14-inch touchscreen notebook.
The Acer Iconia is the world’s first double-screened tablet and is currently the only one in the category. Its two 14-inch screens made of Gorilla Glass that allow typing, multi-touch and gestures, with a five-megapixel (MP) rear camera and a 2-MP front-facing camera for video chat.
“The Acer Iconia Touchbook delivers a computing and visual experience like no other,” said Eric Ackerson, senior product marketing manager, Acer America.
