Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 Spotted in the Wild, Oh Wait, It’s Germany

Samsung Galaxy 8.9 finally surfaces in all its slim and Android Honeycomb glory.
If there’s anything the last CTIA indicated about Samsung, is that the arrival of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 is semi-inevitable. And it looks like the tablet has gone from mock-up to reality, as Engadget spotted the Samsung device in Frankfurt, Germany over the weekend.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 is just like what we wanted from a tablet, a cheaper and thinner iPad 2 clone. The tablet will be equipped with the famous/infamous Android Honeycomb OS, although no release date has yet been confirmed. But Samsung did promise that the tablet will make its way sometime this summer, let’s hope they’ll man up and stick to their word.
