Apple Finally Signs Universal Music to its iCloud
Finally! Universal Music inks its way to Apple's iCloud service.
“The agreement means that Apple now has the rights to offer recording rights from all of the major labels. In addition, Apple has reached agreements with some of the large publishers, the sources said.”
The iCloud, which is believed to offer music streaming to iOS and Mac users, will be officially announced at the company’s WWDC keynote on Monday, June 6. Apple also adds the streaming won’t be available on the said date, but will be offered soon. The company will initially store music in iCloud that was bought through iTunes. However, Apple is planning to include songs outside iTunes ‘sometime in the future’.View Article Source »
