Samsung’s 1405 LTE Slider, Landing on Verizon?
Samsung's 1405 LTE Slider phone was spotted on Verizon, with specs and features leaked out.
A Samsung LTE-based phone with keyboard might be Verizon’s first real QWERTY- equipped 4G phone. Samsung’s 1405 LTE Slider seems to be a superficially close take on the Epic 4G for Sprint. However, boasts faster data, Super AMOLED Plus screen, and a processor speculated to be faster than Fascinate.
Several new features and changes cleared out that the said phone is not just a direct port of the Epic 4G. Samsung’s 1405 LTE Slider is said to be packed with the following:
– Five megapixel rear camera
– 1.3 megapixel camera
– Keyboard has been modified to focus more on Internet shortcuts and downplay the emoticons.
– It will be also ship with Android 2.3.4
A chance exists this might be the Galaxy S II Function. However, the camera downgrade makes the less likely. There also exist a chance that it might have the single-core 1.2GHz processor of the Infuse 4G, even though there’s a rumor that an aging 1GHz processor will resurface from the Galaxy S once more.
There still no scheduled launching date for Samsung 1405 LTE Slider, but the specs is almost certain that a release on the last quarter of the year might take place.View Article Source »
