Motorola EX225 Joins the Facebook Phone Line-up
Bluetooth SIG's website unveiled a new Motorola variant that is designed for Facebook users.
Photos of Motorola’s EX225 have just been revealed on the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) website. As claimed by some reports, this feature phone is specially designed to target avid users and fans of the popular social site — Facebook.
The Motorola EX225 will be offered in two variants: One that accommodates dual SIMS and another that supports only one. Both models come with a five-row QWERTY keyboard, and a mysterious button at the lower-left corner of the keyboard which is believed to be dedicated for Facebook. The EX225 will also feature a 2.4-inch TFT-LCD display, a 3.0-megapixel camera, and a 3G connectivity.
It is still unclear whether the handset will run on Android, since there are no Android buttons seen on the phone. Meanwhile, the EX225 is expected to run on Qualcomm’s BREW platform which other Motorola phones are also using. The featured photos have also revealed that the phone’s interface has been equipped with a “deep Facebook integration,” therefore, providing quick and easy access to the popular social media site.
Furthermore, as described on the Bluetooth SIG’s listing, the Motorola EX225 is a “product for trendy generation who enjoy connecting to the world anytime, anywhere, and multimedia services on the go, all easy as via a fully personalized UI.”View Article Source »
