LG Optimus Q2 Show Off its Features
LG's Optimus Q2 is slated to be released next week with its several new features and designs.
LG launched the second wave of their high-end messaging smartphones on late Sunday. The said company unleashed the Optimus Q2 with its new design that centers on a considerably larger four-inch, IPS-based LCD screen with a very bright 700-nit output.
The Android 2.3 hardware is also one of the first smartphones in the field with a newly upgraded 1.2GHz Tegra 2, and should surpass the performance of the T-Mobile G2X — also known as Optimus 2X.
The device’s design is intended to evade some of the bulk of other slider phones, while improving on the comfort of its predecessor. LG claimed that the Q2 is almost a tenth of an inch thinner than its competitors, and 0.35 ounces lighter than its ancestor. It has a strictly average five-megapixel back camera and a VGA front camera, but it included Wi-Fi Direct for faster sharing when devices support it.
The launch of the Optimus Q2 is scheduled next week for Europe. Other networks haven’t been detailed, even though it might ship in on Sprint as just the Q.View Article Source »
