Samsung Gains Legal Victory in Australia's High Court
Apple’s appeal to ban Samsung’s Galaxy 10.1’s release in the Australian market, was rejected by the country’s High Court. The High Court deemed that there are no grounds for Apple to appeal against the Federal Court’s decision in the first place.
“Apple’s application for special leave to appeal was dismissed with costs,” a spokeswoman for Australia’s High Court said Friday.
According to the latest news, the Samsung Galaxy 10.1 will hit the stores on Monday, December 12. The retail prices are $579 for the 16 GB WiFi Galaxy 10.1 Tab, and $729 for the 3G version.View Article Source »
