Archos to Launch Two G9 Android 3.2 Tablets this Month

Archos just announced that its G9 Android tablets will begin hitting the store shelves later this month.
Archos is now set to release two Android 3.2 computer tablets this September: An 8-inch and 10-inch screen variants of the Archos G9 device. Both tablets will be available for pre-selling beginning September 20, 2011.
The 8-inch G9 tablet, also known as the Archos 80, will feature a 1024×768 resolution display, an 8GB flash storage, and will be powered by a 1GHz Cortex A9 dual-core processor. The 10-inch Archos 101, on the other hand, comes with a 1280×800 screen resolution, 1.5GHz OMAP 4 dual-core processors, and a whopping 16GB of storage. The two tablets are expected to be somewhat bulky and heavy — the Archos 80 has a thickness of 0.46 inches and a weight of 17 ounces, while the Archos 101 gets a measurement of 0.5 inches and 1.5 pounds.

After Archos 101 Android Tablet, it seems like the manufacturer has a new tablet to offer. The Archos 70 Android Internet Tablet sports a 7-inch 800 x 480 capacitive touchscreen, Android 2.2, 1GHz Cortex A8 processor and graphics accelerator, and 250GB hard drive. More over, it also features a 8GB flash drive, microSD/SDHC card slot, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR and WiFi 802.11b/g/n. The Archos 70 also has a USB port, HDMI output, frontal VGA camera, microphone, built-in-speaker and stand, and a G sensor. As for the price, the 8GB model will cost $274.99, while 250GB model is priced at $349.99. There are no information for the release date as of the moment.
