JBL OnBeat Speaker Dock for iPad, iPhone and iPod

JBL introduces its first audio transducer for the iPad, iPod and iPhone -- the OnBeat speaker dock.
The OnBeat speaker dock features a universal connector that will let users dock their iPhone, iPad or iPod in both portrait and landscape modes — which, according to JBL, could come in handy for watching movies.
The JBL OnBeat is compatible with any device on Apple’s operating system, and manageable by the rotating the dock connector “which makes it possible to browse through playlists or watch videos”.
Also among the dock speakers’ features are the dual Phoenix full-range transducers with computer-optimized DSP equalization, an IR remote that will allow users to control the system functions and music navigation from across the room, and an AC power supply that keeps your devices charged when docked.
It also has an optional composite cable for TV connection. Available in black or white, the JBL OnBeat will be available on April from the Apple Store for $149.95.
