Rumored Metal-clad BlackBerry Bold Gets Filmed

A mysterious BlackBerry device makes way to YouTube, showcasing a different look from the usual RIM handsets people are familiar with. Rumored as Bold Touch 9980, it features a design which is a sharp departure from everything people have seen from RIM so far.

The mobile device’s keyboard is made to look metal, while the back sees the return of the faux leather cover. In terms of the hardware, the BlackBerry Bold Touch 9980 seems to be identical with Bold Touch 9900. As for the software, it’s a no brainer that it runs on BlackBerry OS 7.
