Unreleased PSP Accessories Add Touch Screen and Cellphone Service

If only Sony didn't scrapped the idea, users would have been indulging themselves on transforming their consoles to mobile phone by now.
Sony’s Xperia Play boasts touchscreen and cellular antennas. But no one knows that the company also planned to add these features on the PSP — the same time they were working on the console’s camera accessory and GSP receivers.
Based on the diagram of a filed patent application, Sony Computer Entertainment details a touchscreen panel accessory. Users would plug the device in PSP’s USB port and flip the touchscreen on top of it. There is also a stylus that could be used to give on-screen keyboard input or play games.
