Qualcomm quits the FLO. Qualcomm Inc. has confirmed the long gone rumor of shutting down its direct-to-consumer FLO TV service. There are plenty of lessons learned from this experiment in mobile video. As early as July, Qualcomm was gathering up the possibility and accountability that it would sell its FLO TV business unit.
