It looks like THQ's "UFC: Undisputed" is no longer alone when it comes to fight simulation games. EA Sports' "MMA" just got a share of the spotlight, as its playable demo for PS3 and XBox 360 hit shelves yesterday.
EA Sports released last Tuesday the first playable demo of “MMA” in PlayStation 3 and XBox 360. The game enables players to control fighters from all over the world, beginning from Fedor Emelianenko to Randy Couture to Shinya Aoki. It also features fights taking place in a ring or in a cage. In addition to that, EA Sports’ “MMA” features four characters: Alistair Overeem, Bobby Lashley, Jake Shields and Jason Miller. Gamers can opt in to Fight Now mode or the MMA Tutorial 101, wherein they can control either Shields or Miller. And if they share the demo to their friends online, they can unlock a Randy Couture classic version!

EA's revelations about NBA Elite 11 raised feedbacks among its avid fans.
Not again! There was another revamp on the details about the release dates of the rebooted NBA Jam for 360 and PS3. EA Sports confirmed that the upcoming game title called NBA Elite 11 will have its release next month. The bad news is download voucher for NBA Jam will be excluded.
It was also revealed on EA’s statement about the company’s plan, “we’re going to ship NBA Jam as a standalone product on the Xbox 360 and PS3 in time for the holidays. Watch for more news soon on the exact timing of that release.”Read the rest of the article »
The eight light heavyweight fighters in EA Sports MMA are now joined by 15 more from the middleweight division. Is your gaming console ready to rumble? Because the 22 EA Sports MMA fighters are on their way!
EA Sports MMA adds 15 more fighters to join it roster piecemeal that is now consisted of 22 combatants. Among the eligible middleweight fighters are eight light heavyweights namely Jason Miller, Gerard Mousasi, Melvin Mahoef, Murilo Rua, Matt Lindland, Dan Henderson, and Scott Smith. These eight fighters that were announced last week will be joined by the following middleweight fighters:
