It is another episode of the return of the dead. This time, the spotlight is on Microsoft’s Kin Phones.
Mobile site PPCGeeks.com found a Verizon roadmap which indicated that Kin phones is making a comeback before the year ends.
Another site, Engadget, confirmed that the news is true though this time a data contract is not required to operate the Kin.
Before, the Kin comes with $70 per month in service fees which didn’t attracted many consumers. So now, it seems that Verizon is making Kin more of feature phone rather than a smartphone. However, it removes one of its unique features, The Loop.
