Honeycomb Logo: It’s Blue Not Yellow

Just because it involves the word ‘honeycomb,’ it does not mean it has to be yellow.

After the announcement of a Honeycomb event which will happen on Wednesday, Google revealed another surprise; the much-awaited look of the logo.

Now, no need to assume what will the logo of the Android 3.0 would look like. Google redefined the previous thinking of people that the logo would feature a bee and the color yellow. We are correct about the bee, but the color is another story.

Google to Host Android Honeycomb Event on Feb 2

What's cooking up at Google? A new recipe called “A Taste of What’s New from Android.”

Search giant Google will be hosting a press event on February 2 at its Mountain View headquarters to share to the world the current development of the Android Honeycomb, the OS perfect for computer tablets.

Google tagged the event as “A Taste of What’s New from Android.” The stage presentation commence at 10:00 a.m. PT. and aim to do “an in-depth look at Honeycomb, Android ecosystem news and hands-on demos.”

The said event will also be live streamed at YouTube.com/Android. That is Google’s way of sharing the Android love.
