Samsung Unveils ‘Exynos’ Mobile Processors; Dual-Core 4210 Coming This March

It's all about the 'Exynos' excitement for Samsung this 2011.

Samsung has just announced the name for its application processor family, Exynos. Codenamed ‘Orion’ a couple of weeks ago at the CES 2011, Exynos is the dual-core successor of the Hummingbird core in 2010 and will be at the helm of Samsung’s next line of application processors designed to power mobile devices like smartphones and tablets. The first dual-core processor that will carry the name is the 1Ghz-powered ‘Exynos 4210,’ and will be in production next month. We’ll most likely hear more news as the Mobile World Congress (MWC) kicks in next week.
