Apple offers a refund to its Australian iPad customers over the 4G confusion.
Apple Australia has offered to refund those customers who bought the iPad 3 under the impression that device’s 4G capabilities would work. The company made the announcement in response to The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s demand to stop calling the device 4G capable, since it does not work on Australia’s 4G network.
The ACCC also accused Apple of misleading its customers, an accusation that the company firmly denies, saying that Apple had never claimed that the device would work on Australia’s 4G network.View Article Source »
