PS3 "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3" bundle also goes with a 320GB PS3 slim system and one DualShock 3 controller.

PlayStation has again partnered with Activision to bring you the limited edition, PS3 “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3″ bundle that is set to go on sale on May 25th. They have previously released a PS3 “Call of Duty: Black Ops” bundle, just last year.

This new PS3 Call of Duty bundle is set to retail for $299 and includes a copy of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 game, a 320GB PS3 slim system and one DualShock 3 controller. It also gives you a free access to an exciting “Modern Warfare 3″ online multi-player experience via the PlayStation Network.

Modern Warfare 3: To Have Three Slums of Brazil

Additional location for Modern Warfare 3 was unveiled, as new photos of the first-person shooting game emerged.

New Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 photos emerged, enabling gamers to draw conclusions about the location of the upcoming first-person shooter game. While New York, Berlin, London and Paris are already known, it looks like Modern Warfare 3 will also have the three slums of Brazil. Other than the slums, skyscrapers, narrow streets and a jungle was also revealed in the photos.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will be available for PC, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii and DS on November 8, 2011. More Modern Warfare 3 news are sure to come, so just keep it posted here at GADG.

Top Three Anticipated FPS Games of 2011

GADG listed the top three First-person shooter games that are expected to hit the shelves this year.

For players of all shapes and sizes, perhaps the most thrilling type of game is the FPS or First-person Shooter games. This genre lets players experience a fast-paced, action play with emphasis on narrative, problem-solving and logic puzzles. FPS games basically require players to have strong weapons; most titles even need teamwork and good playing strategies.

Knowing that FPS games are one of the most enjoyable and action-filled video game genres, GADG decided to collect three of the anticipated first-person shooter titles that are slated to be released this year.

The Austrailian goverment site, Classification, listed Activision’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3: Defiance as M for violence. The age rating is lower than most Call of Duty titles, indicating that this game could for Wii.

Infinity Ward Taps mapMonkeys to Test Modern Warfare 3

Infinity Ward invited mapMonkeys to test their Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 for bugs and glitches.

Infinity Ward tapped mapMonkeys to help them test the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 for glitches. According to mapMonkeys founder, Rezzzo, this is not the first time that they were called to assist for a Call of Duty project. They were previously invited to test Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and World at War.

However, the glitchers were given two to three days only to test the previous multiplayer games. This time, they have a whole week to search for more bugs and exploits.

Microsoft’s Keynote at E3 2011

Microsoft kicks off this year's E3 with new games, features and announcements.

Microsoft kicks off the E3 2011, announcing that Modern Warfare 3 is set to arrive this year. Next on the list is the unexpected demo of Tomb Raider, where Lara Croft finds herself trapped and escaped from the holding area, and navigating the dungeon filled with enemies and puzzles. After that is Cliff B of Epic Games, demonstrating the latest Gears of War 3 level.

Following the game demos, EA Sports, Ghost Recon Future Soldier and Mass Effect 3 announced their Kinect-ability. In addition to this, the Mass Effect 3 announced its Speech Recognition capabilities in Kinect, wherein gamers can give their squad basic commands and select conversation options using voice. Other Kinect titles that were revealed are Fable Journey, Disneyland Adventure, Minecraft and Forza 4 that is set for an October 11 release. Next in the Kinect game announcements is the FunLabs. The software was unveiled to scan real-life objects and people, and bring them into a virtual world.
