After Apple released the Safari 5 earlier this summer, one of its features is the ability to install third-party extensions. The company released today Safari 5.0.1 with an official extension gallery. The Safari Extension Gallery includes extensions built by Twitter, MLB.com, eBay, Bing, Amazon and more. Also available for one-click install are the best creations submitted by the developers over the last few weeks.

Just click on the “install now” button under the description if you want to install a new extension. The Official Safari Extensions Gallery can be accessed by clicking the Safari menu (or File, for Windows users), then selecting “Safari Extensions Gallery.”
