Apple TV Set, Confirmed by Foxconn Head

Foxconn's Head Terry Gou, confirms that they are getting ready to manufacture Apple TV.
Apple fans should rejoice because the “fabled” Apple Television will be soon coming your way. According to Foxconn boss Terry Gou, they are getting ready for the manufacturing of Apple’s long awaited TV.
Consumers are for sure expecting to see a high definition “retina display”, siri controls and facetime video call option in the soon to be be manufactured Apple device.
Gou said that they have teamed up with Sharp Japan in preparation to make the Apple TV. Gou also added that they have not started with the actual product development and manunfacturing.

Foxconn, Apple's manufacturing partner, plans to replace some of its workers with 1 million humanoid robots.
Foxconn announced their plans of substituting most of their workers with one million robots for the next three years. According to Terry Gou, founder and chairman of Foxconn, the purpose of this action was to minimize the costs of labor and enhance the working productivity in the plant. With the addition of humanoid robot workers, simple routines such as spraying, welding and assembling could be done in no time.
Although there are no official reports regarding which robots will be used by Foxconn, sources close to the company revealed that they might utilize the concept model FRIDA designed by ABB. See the robot workers’ video after the jump.
