If you think that Apple will release the iOS this spring, think again. You might be missing a lot in the Mac World.

There are rumors stating that Apple will not unveil iOS 5 this spring. Instead, the Cupertino-based company is working hard on a major revamp for the platform that will arrive this fall.

It is likely that Apple will preview the next iOS version at its Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) slated this June. There were also rumors that iOS 5 would arrive with iPad 3. However, it contradicts the company’s declaration that 2011 will be the “Year of the iPad 2.” Regardless, there are claims that Apple will preview much of iOS 5’s cloud-based offerings — including its location-based service.

How about you? What are your presumptions about Apple’s iOS 5?

Rumors are spreading that the iPhone 5 will be released on June 5. Well, no one can really tell yet.

Rumors are spreading that Apple’s iPhone 5 will be out this June 5. The insight is based on Moscone Centre’s calendar. The Moscone Centre, the venue where Apple’s Worldwide Developer’s Conference (WWDC) takes place, posted on their website that they will be hosting a “corporate meeting” on June 5-9. Interestingly, the phrase “corporate meeting” is used by Apple in previous years to refer to their developer bash.

Taking note of the date, it also coincides with San Francisco Chronicle’s leaked information. Does this mean that people will finally see the iPhone 5 on the first day of the proceedings? No one can tell yet, but Gadg will keep you posted on more update.
